The monthly payments being referred to is our financing.  The financing is a form of payment that's the same as cash, so once the job is completed the financing is processed and the job is considered paid in full.The dots are indeed defective, that was never being disputed.  The issue arose because of two factors.  The tile and dot combination was discontinued by the distributor in the nine month period in between the floor being installed and the issue being brought to our attention.  I never mentioned that we were n longer doing business with the distributor, only that the tile has been discontinued.  I may not have communicated as well as I could have, but I did make every attempt to find a suitable resolution to the problem, which ultimately did happen as I stated in my first reply.  The tile is in our possession, and myself am still waiting for a response from the installer.
