A Service Technician acted very unprofessional in responding to a request to fix a problem that I have with an LP generator fitting which I need to have as a backup power for my wife's O2 condensor. This technician refused to help saying "I don't want to do this" after I attempted to explain that the fitting he made up might not work and would he be willing to come out to look at the generator. In this area there is virtually no technical help; all dealers only seem interested in sales and filling propane bottles.
Revdex.com in Albuquerque- Today, 7/31/'17, I received the refund check from Griffin's propane headquarters in Silver City. My persistence and complaint to Revdex.com were well worth the trouble. Thank you . [redacted]
