Since taking ownership of the Griffis at the Domain, I've noticed two big changes:

1) Service has fallen drastically. The best example is the entry gate card reader. It was broken for about a month, so they just left the gate open. When they finally fixed the gate, they left the reader box hanging by the wires. Not only is that foolishly dangerous, but it's also an easy fix with some epoxy. However, after another month, it still hung there until one morning it was no longer connected at all.

2) Water prices suddenly jumped about 400%. In my case, by water bill went from $13 to $78 within one month, with no changes by me. I asked my neighbors and several of them reported the same. Several of us complained, and magically our bills were a little cheaper the next month. They also began changing for "sewer" separately of water. My current bill for the next month is already available and roughly $55 between the two. Although, I'm not sure how they are already charging me for water.
