We spoke to someone in your office about this complaint and they told us to respond to this email addressThe customer who filed this complaint has been a consistently delinquent account since they opened their
account with usThe reason they have run out of gas is because of the severely past due balance on their account and the fact that they have elected to be a "will call" account and deny scheduled in route deliveriesWe have also received a bad check on this account
The fee charged is not a delivery fee it is an off route feeThere would be no fee if the customer allowed us to deliver on their designated day.
Of the times they have run out of gas due to not checking their tank or paying their bills we have waived of the off route fees and only charged and collected
We cannot afford to take any more financial loss on this accountIf the customer would pay their bill on time and call us before they are completely out of gas there would be no issue at all

We have been clients of Griffis gas for a little over a year.
We did a total renovation on an older home.
A gas tank was installed in the ground, vent free gas fireplace, kitchen appliances and gas stove as well as outdoor gas grill.
All employees have arrived on time, educated us when issues and questions arose.
Everyone has been professional and polite.
Needless to say, we are thrilled with Griffis Gas, their commitment to customer service and their quality of work.
