We are a gated community that features a swimming pool, clubhouse and fitness facilityCurrently, our clubhouse and fitness center are closed due to renovationsThese features of our community are not included in the rent and are stated as such in the rental agreementThe pool opened on June 13th just two weeks after Memorial Day weekend, the seasonal open dateMailboxes have been broken into, this serious concern has prompted us to temporary close our mailboxes while we wait for new mailboxes to be made and installedIn the mean time, residents can pick up their mail at the Auburn Post OfficeMail will be held there until these mailboxes are installedThe projected installation date is August 22ndWe do not offer security patrol, what we do offer is a courtesy patrol serviceThis service is present at the community 3-times a nightThe courtesy patrol company is hired to address noise complaints and to keep an eye on the property while the management office is closedThis company also addresses suspicious activity and acts as a liaison for the property calling the authorities when a situation calls for such action At this time we respectfully decline the request for the 30% or $1,refund

2016 just two weeks after Memorial Day weekend, the seasonal open date. Mailboxes have been broken into, this serious concern has prompted us to temporary close our mailboxes while we wait for new mailboxes to be made and installed. In the mean time, residents can pick up their mail at the Auburn Post Office. Mail will be held there until these mailboxes are installed. The projected installation date is August 22nd.
