I went to Terry G [redacted] in to do a review of my tax estimate for 2014; he was a bit slow, but I finally got a response and offered to pay him - he refused my payment stating, just let me do your taxes in 2014, I agreed My wife dropped off all of my paperwork a couple of months prior to tax due date, after contacting Terry he agreed to review the very next weekend - three weeks passed and I heard nothing from Terry, I called and emailed many times, some emails several days in a row - no response Finally, I spoke with Terry and he agreed to review on Sunday - not sure why I was treated as a "weekend" customer, but whatever He called me on Sunday to review, stating what he had calculated to date It was wrong, he had taken my Wand used to calculate my income, I had to correct him, he admitted he made a mistake, my opinion is Terry took very little time to look at my stuff and calculate, this error represents lack of caring in my opinion With Wyear on top in bold letters, not understanding how that could happen - anyway, we agreed I would send a paycheck showing all my relocation expenses, I emailed to him and called to make sure he had received- and reiterated in email, that I was moving in one week out of state and we needed to close out the following week - I also wrote (can share the email) that it appeared he had what he needed and if he needed anything else to let me know - days past and I did not hear from Terry, I went by his office on Wednesday and left a message for him to call me - I called his office two hours later and left another message, he was busy Never heard back that day - the next morning, I called and asked his receptionist why I had to continually chase Terry to do my taxes when he offered his services to me?? He called me that morning when I was on the way back to his office to give up and retrieve my stuff - he was asking me questions about my relocation, I finally asked him if I was going to have to file an extension as we are only days away from deadline - he said that would be a good idea - I found it odd that I was having to drive the conversation regarding next best steps, I thought that is what he was going to do for me - At this point, I told Terry it was obvious he didn't have time for me and I would just come get my paperwork, much of it he had since - he continually asked for information that he already had (like the last paycheck showing my relo), mis-stating my income (to his acknowledgement) and cleary had very little interest in truly helping me complete my taxes It was also apparent that Terry never compared what he already had completed in for me, showing vastly different amounts of PMT due verses what he was calculating now I wish Terry would have had the courage to just tell me he was too busy to help weeks ago, rather than kick the can down the road where it is now too late for me to get anyone else to do my taxes, I have been diagnosed with cancer and start treatment in isolation in a few days Very dissatisfied with Terry and his performance, never received an apology, his opinion was that I never gave him enough information to complete, which is comical, not once did he respond to one of my very many emails, including the last one Sunday stating what else he needed!

I went to Terry G[redacted] in 2013 to do a review of my tax estimate for 2014; he was a bit slow, but I finally got a response and offered to pay him - he refused my payment stating, just let me do your taxes in 2014, I agreed. My wife dropped off all of my paperwork a couple of months prior to tax due date, after contacting Terry he agreed to review the very next weekend - three weeks passed and I heard nothing from Terry, I called and emailed many times, some emails several days in a row - no response. Finally, I spoke with Terry and he agreed to review on Sunday - not sure why I was treated as a "weekend" customer, but whatever. He called me on Sunday to review, stating what he had calculated to date. It was wrong, he had taken my 2013 W2 and used to calculate my 2014 income, I had to correct him, he admitted he made a mistake, my opinion is Terry took very little time to look at my stuff and calculate, this error represents lack of caring in my opinion. With 2013 W2 year on top in bold letters, not understanding how that could happen - anyway, we agreed I would send a paycheck showing all my relocation expenses, I emailed to him and called to make sure he had received- and reiterated in email, that I was moving in one week out of state and we needed to close out the following week - I also wrote (can share the email) that it appeared he had what he needed and if he needed anything else to let me know - days past and I did not hear from Terry, I went by his office on Wednesday and left a message for him to call me - I called his office two hours later and left another message, he was busy. Never heard back that day - the next morning, I called and asked his receptionist why I had to continually chase Terry to do my taxes when he offered his services to me?? He called me that morning when I was on the way back to his office to give up and retrieve my stuff - he was asking me questions about my relocation, I finally asked him if I was going to have to file an extension as we are only days away from deadline - he said that would be a good idea - I found it odd that I was having to drive the conversation regarding next best steps, I thought that is what he was going to do for me -. At this point, I told Terry it was obvious he didn't have time for me and I would just come get my paperwork, much of it he had since 2013 - he continually asked for information that he already had (like the last paycheck showing my relo), mis-stating my income (to his acknowledgement) and cleary had very little interest in truly helping me complete my taxes. It was also apparent that Terry never compared what he already had completed in 2013 for me, showing vastly different amounts of PMT due verses what he was calculating now. I wish Terry would have had the courage to just tell me he was too busy to help weeks ago, rather than kick the can down the road where it is now too late for me to get anyone else to do my taxes, I have been diagnosed with cancer and start treatment in isolation in a few days. Very dissatisfied with Terry and his performance, never received an apology, his opinion was that I never gave him enough information to complete, which is comical, not once did he respond to one of my very many emails, including the last one Sunday stating what else he needed!
