I contracted with Dave G to install laminate flooring in my house last June.
He had one of his associates install the flooring in four of my rooms. In November of last year, we noticed that the flooring in the laundry room was separating between the pieces.
I have contacted Dave and his associate numerous times to repair or replace the sections, without any success.
Can you provide any assistance in this matter?

In regards to Mr. C (case ID : 14199866) one of our installers went out to look at the affected area. The laundry area is connected to the bathroom, kitchen and large entrance. The kitchen, entrance and bathroom are not affected by these separations. Our installer indicated the flooring (laminate, not waterproof) had slightly raised edges and this is a key indicator of being wet, had been wet or improper cleaning. From my understanding our installer related (via phone conversation, after photos were sent to me) this to Mr. C. Our installer advised Mr. C that not only would he need additional materials, that water damage is not covered or implied under any warranty and he would be responsible for providing additional materials and all associated labor cost.
The following should also be noted that materials were purchased from a big box store and not through G Flooring Service LLC. It is also ill advised to install laminate flooring in a wet area which would have been indicated to Mr. C by G Flooring Service LLC, by any member of a big box store in the flooring department, and or the manufacture of any of those products.
