In response to said complaint, in years of doing business, as far as I know I have never had a complaint filed with Revdex.com? We have been working to remedy a few issues with this job despite fowl and demeaning language toward workers and myself through out the entire project, as evidenced by the complaint from the client? In regards to the cover, the only issue was a bad breaker that was tripping and this has been remedied, per the cover manufacturing representative? We are completely resurfacing his pool and will have other minor items solved when the pool is refilled with water? In the meantime in good faith, we have maintained/cleaned/serviced his pool on a weekly basis for the past months at no charge to client? Thank you? [redacted]
