On November 19th I used a BMW from this service and it dies on the freeway Iand I was speaking to reach now to sort out what to do with the car and I'm asked what exit am I located at I said I don't know the lady procceded to tell me can you go check I 'll admit I got a little cussy cause I was afraid I was going to get hit by another carI was then told by another reach now employee that they would call a tow truck THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR I was like NO IT'S NOT MY PERSONAL CAR IT BELONGS TO YOU AND NONE OF THIS IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE CAR AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THIS $ I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH THIS CROWD LIKE THEM HAVING THE TIMER RUN FOR DAYS AND CHARGED ME ALMOST $AND THERE GPS STATING THERE'S A CAR LOCATED NEAR ME AND COME TO FIND OUT THERE'S NO CAR I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY TO DECEITFUL AND DISHONEST

Ive been using ReachNow Ride in Seattle since they started operatingThey have placed my account on hold due to unknown reasonsI’ve tried contacting them several times but there has not been no attempt from their end to resolve my issue
This company is has the worst customer serviceI’ll be gladly sharing this experience with my co-workers and friends

Reach now is a car share service based out of Seattle WAThey have a fleet of vehicles in the Portland OR area and I have been a member since early
On Monday November 12th, I had a charge of dollars for a trip I had taken the previous Saturday 11/The trip on 11/was supposed to have been free of charge ( I used a promotional code the company provided me)
I reached out to ReachNow via telephone on 11/and spoke to an agent, Mark HissHe mentioned the issue seemed to be an error and was going to look into itHe emailed me that day letting me know the case was still pending

I waited a few more days and emailed general reachnow support ( this was on 11/15) asking for an update to my issueI received response
A few weeks later I went to use the app for a rental and received a message I was ineligible to drive ( this was on the app)I contacted support via phone and they

Signed up for a new membership on my mobileDid not consent to a $one time set up feeSaw in my bank account I had been charged a one time $feeContacted reach now for days at their support desk, got one response for the numerous emails I sentI wanted to cancel my membership immediately and get my $back as I did not plan on the feeThey would not refund told me it was non refundable, said I could cancel with $backTerrible customer service, slow and disrespectful

On Saturday, March 31, I was locked out of a ReachNow carIn that car are my wallet, keys, and about $of other propertyOver the course of days and multiple phone calls, the company has provided inconsistent and misleading information regarding where my property is and when or how it will be returned to meThey refuse to connect me with the fleet management team that is supposedly responsible for recovering the property, and conclude every call by telling me that they will call back with an update, which they have not done once

After coming down a mountain I was unable to open the car using my member keycard (previously worked)I could not access water I had stored inside the car while it was 95F outsideI had to walk 1mi to get cell reception and call member supportThey told me to use 'other transportation' and they will recover the vehicle at a later timeIt took dozens of phone calls, four office visits and over 48h to recover my personal items from the car (including apartment keys and prescription glasses)I got a 30min driving credit for my troubles
As someone else pointed out in the reviews, USING REACHNOW FOR OUT OF CITY TRIPS IS DANGEROUSYou can become stranded, without any help, without access to items inside the carI think ReachNow should communicate this to it's users
Two weeks after my bad experience a $charge appeared on my credit card (days of rental)I had to go in to their office to set this straight again

I used ReachNow to ride from my job to Queen Anne where my wife works I parked the care on W John St between Queen Anne Ave N and 1st Ave W I went to end the ride and the doors would not lock and the ride was not ended I called Customer Service and was told nothing they could do after they tried to end the ride remotely I was told someone locally would come out and terminate my ride It is now almost 1/hours later and the ride is still not ended and charges continue to incur I was told I'll be charged for the amount that is standard for the length of time it takes them to terminate my rideI'm told I'll get a refund but there are comments online in other social media areas disputing that Yes, I can wait until the hundreds of dollars post and then contact the fraud group at my bank That does not cover up the gross incompetence of this transaction

On March 13,2017, there were unauthorized charges on my account, and as soon as they posted, I called ReachNow to dispute the charges, and they told me someone would call me backNo one ever didThis was done yesterday, March
Today, there were MORE charges, and when I called, they said the supervisors were all in a meeting
I was told I needed to email them a screenshot of the charges on my bank accountNo, I said, and called the bank to cancel my cardThis creates hours of work for me, to give my automatic payments the new card information
This is unacceptable and unethicalI informed them of the fraudulent charges yesterday, and then there are more today
Their resolution-- a screenshot of my bank account-- is outrageous

I had just started using the service and parked their car share in some random lot around the corner from their offices one day to buy something inside the storeAs I was about to jump back in and park the car on the street I was told by one of their workers (in uniform) that I could leave the car there as long as someone picks it upI asked the people who own the lot if that was ok since the worker said people pick up cars quickly downtown, being as this guy was wearing a uniform and their office was literally around the corner I believed himI don’t always park there, only when there’s absolutely no parking on the streetI never had a problem with it, neither did the people who owned the lot as I’ve asked them if it was okThey told me after I leave someone grabs the car within couple hoursNever has their vehicle been ticketed or towed, so I’m under the assumption that the worker who told me it was ok to park there from time to time was correct, then out of the blue I’m charge

A car that I had been using for a few days was parked at a friends house with a new brown leather chair and my friends personal bags with wallet, house and car keys, car detailing kit that was a Christmas presentAlso, among other things, was a pair of designer sunglasses and my iPadReachnow came and without a warning of any sort up and take the car and all the stuff in itWhen I called them to to get the address of where the contents of the car are at and I was blantenly lied to several times and ultimately told that they dont have the stuff or the car.Several holes in her story do not add up like the fact that all of their cars or trucks with GPS and the BMW that I had rented cannot be towed because my neighbor saw the gentleman come take it They told me that they had the car towed and that the tow driver took it to the wrong place and they still don't have the car to this day which is a blatant lie by employees who are trying to rip off customers by stealing their belongings
