I have a older stihl chainsaw that I use from time to timeThe chain kept coming loose so I took it to coopersThe first time the mechanic told me I needed a new sprocket which did not fix the problemThe second time he told me I needed a new side cover which did not fix the problemThe third time I went he told me the chain was to long and he would gladly take out a couple of linksHe then said he he took out to many links but could not find the old ones so he then tried to tell me I needed a brand new chain wich he was trying to charge me for even though he just lost part of my chainI left dissatisfied to receive a phone call stating he put a new link on the chain and could pick it upLater on I discovered he put to many links on wich he told me was the original problemI called them and explained to them what happened to tell me there was nothing more he could doThe chainsaw was my fathers and I wanted to keep it and service itOverall I spent over dollars and I still have the original problemI will say the lady who works out front is incredibly nice however I will never do or recommend business with them again
