Review: Placed an order for radio control car parts vis USPS mail . Store / sales person[redacted] made it clear in his email , any item not available , a refund would be issued . Did not receive my complete order . Inquired where the rest of my items are and when they will be sent . [redacted] responded with rude , nasty , profanity filled email declaring I will not get a refund regardless what policy states . [redacted] will keep my refund because of the time and effort expended to sell me stuff that was never sent . [redacted] admitted they are keeping my money , will not respond to any emails and STFU . Store / sales person admitted he will not read my letters , my emails and refuses to acknowledge the facts I paid for items that was never sent .Desired Settlement: Send a refund in the amount of $19.90 .
