First over reacting, all off the existing shingles were removed and 100% re-ply squared with 7/ply woodWe (my two guys and I) were not the only people up on that roof, there were other contractors up there before me and the sheeting was weak so anyone could have (splintered) the old plywood For as holes in the wood I did not know at the time that one of my guys foot went through the roof which was at the top next to attic fanWhat's the issue? She did not hound me, she said as long as I could get there before she put the decorations awayI cut pieces of 1/plywood, liquid nailed and screwed 5/screw inThe only reason I even try to patch the splintered ply wood to keep peace ( years of doing roofs I had never heard of any one complaint about dirt or splintered wood) but then she complain about every contractors that she hired, roofers to clean out gutters, land scapers and window contractorI will not go back in the attic to send screws underneath and take a chance of going through the new woodAs of the shingles lifting and gutter guard falling out thats from the wind and that falls on the manufactures warranty for not sealing down, but I'll go and look at the problem with no interaction with the missI'll be glad to talk with [redacted] ***

For as holes in the wood I did not know at the time that one of my guys foot went through the roof which was at the top next to attic fan. What's the issue? She did not hound me, she said as long as I could get there before she put the decorations away. I cut pieces of 1/8 plywood, liquid nailed and screwed 5/16 screw in. The only reason I even try to patch the splintered ply wood to keep peace ( 37 years of doing roofs I had never heard of any one complaint about dirt or splintered wood) but then she complain about every contractors that she hired, roofers to clean out gutters, land scapers and window contractor. I will not go back in the attic to send screws underneath and take a chance of going through the new wood. Review: My husband and I signed a contract with Brian G[redacted] to put a NEW ROOF on our house. All the old roof was to be removed and new wood applied along with new shingles and a screen to protect the gutter from leaves. We told Brian that we knew the roof was old and we wanted all new wood.
When he did our roof in eight places (or more) the workers foot went through the wood. He never mentioned this to us. When I went in the attack to pull down holiday decorations I had all this wood hanging down and dirt galore. I called Brian and he came and poorly patched the roof on the inside after hounding him for two months to come back and FIX THE PROBLEM.
My patches are falling off of my roof in the attack. This should not happen if there was good wood for it to be attached to! NOW my roof is lifting up on the edges and the screen he put over the gutters is hanging off the back of my house. (I have pictures of his work).
I have called Brian several times and asked him to call me back and never a reply. I have left a message every time I have called and still NO return call.Desired Settlement: I would like to get an estimate from a Reputable Roofer for repairs and have Brian Griggle Exteriors pay for the repairs and for the job to be done right.
