Very pleasant,and quick with an emergency callHowever,company charge $to put a tarp on my roof over a leak.....very excessive.And when asked to inspect my roof,salesman was sent to invoice the repair cost, but did not go up on roof to inspectWe called another roofing contractor and was told the roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced.Now, we're in the process of getting a third contractor to inspect,and then go forwardAmerican Renovations left us disappointed with their lack of good and fair service
Mrs. [redacted] called and spoke with my project manager on June 23rd and was told that we would get it handled as soon as possible. I [redacted] (owner) was not aware of the problem until I received this email Monday morning at 8:45. I then spoke with my project manager over the job, my operations...
manager, the Forman, and the office manager. After Speaking with management regarding Mr. [redacted]'s problem, I then called and spoke with Mr. [redacted] at 9:22 am and explained that I ([redacted]) was not aware of the problem before the email from the Revdex.com; I assured him that I would be there today to get this resolved for him to his satisfaction. Called Mr. [redacted] when I was in route at 12:25 Pm. Arrived at 1:30 pm and left at 1:45 pm. Mr. [redacted] Stated He was Happy.
