We ordered food from Asian Grill's website. As advertised, we were supposed to get a free crab Rangoon if our order was $15 or more. I brought this issue to their attention and the lady hung up in my face saying whatever. What caused the problem was that an employee who was supposed to come to work didn't show up. As a result, we had only two people working including the delivery person. Furthermore, we were unusually busy that day. By the time when you called, we had turned down several orders. That was why we told you over the phone we would give to you next time, for under the circumstance, it was very likely that you would have to wait for more than two hours. If it is Ok with you, we will double our complementary crab rangoon as our expression of appreciation to you for being our customer.
