My complaint was regarding the company's closing of the Mobile, Alabama restaurant, not Germantown, Tennessee. They committed an act of FRAUD by continuing to sell gift cards that they knew could not be redeemed, selling them up until the time the restaurant was closed. There are no other locations anywhere near Mobile, Alabama, so they company stole from me, knowing that's what they were doing. They are clearly demonstrating bad will, and very unethical conduct

The business's response showed zero movement. Not only haven’t they agreed to the resolution I requested, they have offered NOTHINGThey would have me drive hours round trip to their nearest restaurant to use the card. What a jokeThey took the money for a Christmas gift card knowing that the location was closing on February and would likely never have to honor it. The also closed the location with zero advance notice to avoid anyone using their gift cards before they departed. Just slip out of town with the money. Nearest location is a hour drive each way. All they can say is that their policy is no cash refunds. They have the money and just fall back on their policy to rip us off. Any company that was at least a little bit customer oriented would simply issue a refund under these circumstancesI was sure that when I first contacted them a refund would have been offered. No wayClearly Girmaldi gift cards are a risky purchase. With their unfriendly approach to customers, I wonder where else they cut corners. I'm not sure I would feel comfortable eating in one of their establishments. I hope the Revdex.com will consider this when rating the business

while there are other locations nationwide the closest one is states away in one direction and hrs away in another direction in another stateWhy sell gift cards when your closing a store and by the way I’m still receiving advertisement emails from your closed location in Baton Rouge
