Downspout drains with pop up emitters were installed on my home.
On 11-8-18 irrigation work was done at my home. Two Down Spout drains were installed. The job was poorly done. There are different color PVC pipes & attachments above ground. Each attachment had large holes which were filled with a string & caulking, after I noticed. The caulking is now cracking. My property looks ugly because of the sloppy job done. The same thing was done for my neighbor much better. The Invoice #***, cost $476.00 paid by check for two pop up emitters. There was a drainage problem which seems to have worsen.
I need the company to resolve the problem by doing the installation professionally and correctly. This job has to be done over instead of the patch work job that was done. There are too many connecting PVC pipes above ground and the downspouts do not fit into the PVC pipes. Some of the colors are green and some are white. I had white down spouts therefore I expect only white fixtures that fit, and are placed better than they are now. I am also concerned about the new drainage area, which looks like a pool around the pop up, whenever it rains.
