Review: I was contacted that this agency was collecting a debt from me. I was told I would receive written notification of the date and the paperwork was sent out a few days before. After two weeks, I called to let them know I has not received it, but needed it for my files as it contained all information about the debt and I had no written notice. I called back after not hearing anything, and was told it was sent once and if I did not receive it, it was too bad. They refused to give me any type of written documentation at all about my debt, the amount, where it can from or anything.Desired Settlement: I would like written documentation of all the important information sent to my home.
