Dear Mr***,I am writing to you in response to a complaint against my company, complaint id [redacted] .In late November we went to the claimants home for a “no heat” callAll it was, was the pump needed bled on the oil furnaceWe did not charge a diagnostic fee nor did we charge a service callA service call for an oil furnace is $We advised the homeowner that the lines on the system would need to be changed and the repair cost would be approximately $200.00Two days later the pump lost its prime again and the homeowner wanted us to come back and bleed the pump again for freeI advised it would be a waste of time, the system would just keep losing prime if the proper repair was not madeThey informed me they could not afford to pay for the appropriate repairs.I already did a service call “free of charge” onceThe homeowner was made aware of what needed done to keep the furnace functioning properly.Sincerely,Walter [redacted] G***
