I am rejecting this response because: as shown on the attached receipt "resew all seams" is the service we were expecting for the stated priceThis is not the service we receivedIf it would have cost more this should have been explained to usWe could have made a different choice at that timeInstead this was not explained until after we paid them and got the boat cover home where we found the discrepancyI am still requesting a refund of my $for services paid for that were not completed.

This lady only paid for repair done to this boat cover, not to have all seams sewedthree weeks service is vary for this kind of

Afull refund was given 10-1-on a wisa card

I have received the refund and reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
