responded to an e-mail offer sent for renewal of their previous 2 year (18 issue) subscription from 5/3/11.  The online page ordered from the e-mail offer on 1/24/13 indicated that the customer would be opted into our preferred automatic renewal program as shown below.Prior to this account coming up for renewal, we sent a mailed notice to the customer on 2/19/16 per the agreement to inform them their credit card would be charged for their upcoming renewal on 4/20/16.When this account came up for renewal on 4/20/16, we attempted to charge [redacted]’s credit card per the automatic renewal agreement.  The AmEx card provided for renewal was rejected so customer was sent bills in attempt to collect payment.  This account was never sent to a debt collector for payment.  Account was cancelled on 12/13/16 for non-payment.We apologize for any confusion and can confirm that we did not report anything of this nature to the credit reporting agencies.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.  Thank you.

Review: I had renewed my subscription, on 10/8/2013, with the promotional offer of a free Neff watch. I never received the watch or a new magazine. After I contacted them, on 12/11/2013, they said they didn't have my address and the issue was returned undeliverable on 11/18/2013. Funny that they didn't have it to send me items I'd already paid for, but they had it to send my previous subscription and invoices. I corrected the address issue, on 12/12/2013, and after six weeks, still hadn't received the watch or a magazine! I was told that the watch replacement was sent over on 12/16/2013 and I should receive it by 2/10/2014. On 2/12/2014, I still hadn't received the watch and I requested my money back. On 2/14/2014, I was told that the refund had been issued and should be received in 4-6 weeks. I waited the six weeks for that, which has past, as of 3/21/2014.I have yet to receive this refund and it has been over six weeks. I waited 6 weeks for the original request. Then another 6 six weeks for the "corrected" request. And a third 6 weeks for the refund. With today's technology, six weeks to complete all three of these transactions, let alone any of these transactions separately, is ridiculous. Electronic Fund Transfer can be made same business day and USPS only recommends 10 days for a delivery.Desired Settlement: At minimum, I would like my refund. To make me a consider subscribing again, I would like the refund and the watch. To make me feel like you care about your subscribers, I would like the refund, watch and a subscription

I apologize for the delay in response as I have been out of the office. I have sent a Neff watch to Mr. [redacted], as well as have extended his subscription for one year at no charge. He has also had his original charge refunded to his credit card. Please let me know if there are any further issues.
