I ordered 2 key rings on 11/14/19 and have yet to receive them. I sent them an email (because they have no phone number listed) and they said it's showing that it was delivered. I told them I have NOT received it. They emailed me back and said that they would send another one out. I never got that one either. I have emailed them 2 more times and have not heard back from them.
Money put back in my account
We shipped the products on 11/15 and the tracking shows the package was already delivered on 11/29.

The buyer said that she didn't receive it, so we shipped two new products for free. We bear all losses even the products are delivered.
Here's the new tracking link. The package is still on its way. It should be delivered in a few days.

I have YET to receive my order which was Christmas presents for my boys. I would like my money put back in my account. Like I said to them the first time I didn't receive them, if they had a phone number listed on their website where I could've actually SPOKEN to someone, I probably wouldn't have had to resort to this. I want my money put back in my account. Instead of them using someone out of the US to do their shipping and have someone sign when they receive it, maybe they wouldn't have this problem. Just refund my money and I will NEVER use them again!!
I received the package yesterday. If they want me to send it back, I will need them to pay to have it sent back.
