immediately show up and the manager explained to him that the credit will show up at the end of the same day when all charges are submitted, and that it would zero out the same day. Credits to accounts on our system show only at the end of the day. He would see it in the morning, or by Monday at the latest. It would not affect his account since it was a Saturday and banks are closed anyway.He decided he wanted cash at that point and was told that it was already corrected and they could not do a paid out.We explained this to him when it happened and also over the phone throughout the weekend.After speaking with the general manager for the 4thtime, the manager asked him what he could do to make him happy and he said nothing, he was still reporting this to the Revdex.com.[redacted]SecretaryGrinders Above & Beyond Restaurant
