I am rejecting this response because: This business was paid in full and I have a cancelled check proving I paid - I was charged for an excessive amount of time to get a part and I requested that the owner come out to see the job his technician did. He continuoued to argue that he would ONLY send the technician who had been smoking and texting outside my house for an extended period of timeI would have thought a business owner would have been happy to come and check on their employees work or lack of it. This company lies and as you can see in the response would ONLY have the technician I had a problem with return. That is a poor business practice. The lie that I did not pay can be proved. I paid the entire amount even though I was grossly overcharged.Sincerely, *** ***

I would consider this resolved if Gringo Dave's sent me a refund of $The job was incomplete but I have not nor would ever post something negative about this companyI am just asking for the owner to do the right and refund what was not done as I had to have someone else come and make the repairs after the factIt is very sad and confusing that he would not have wanted to come out immediately to see what my concerns were- I just want him to do the right thingI did

Frustrated, furious, disgusted, disgruntledThose are all words that come to mind over this complaint...and those are just the words I'm reserving for you and your sorry excuse for a complaint response systemI have tried to respond to this complaint on two separate occasions, writing a lengthy account of what transpired only to be dumped out of the site as soon as I try to submit the responseI have no more time to fiddle with this ridiculousness!Here's the bottom lineYou have no clue what happened here, and you have no place to which I can submit the explanationThis is just disgusting! I have spent literally hours typing up explanations of this problem just to have them dumped over and over againAND, it doesn't work to type them elsewhere and then copy them to your siteHow very disappointing.Long story short, this client has no knowledge of what work was done on her property and is taking a nosy neighbor's word for what took placeNo amount of explanation has sufficed for herNo amount of offering to remedy the problem has appeased herAnd, I believe, no amount of money is going to keep her from bad mouthing our company to anyone who will listenWe are not going to send anyone out to her house to get another tongue lashing and accusations that they will either "shoot her or burn down her house" if they know she complained about them.So this leaves us with few choices. We have a full account of the repairs performed on site and the time frame in which they were performedWe have tried diligently to submit this explanation only to be rebuffed by the client and rejected by your service. We find it very disappointing that she believes you are somehow going to save her in this situationWe both know you are most concerned with threatening us with some negative rating on your web site if we don't find in the client's favorOur offer to her is to return $to her as requested in exchange for a written statement both to us and to you that she was mistaken in her assessment of the situation and finds the work satisfactoryThis is the only real remedyWe are not going to send money back like a petulant child who is being reprimanded for bad deedsNo bad deeds took placeIf she gets what she pays for then so do weThat's the contractOf course, I was much more eloquent in my explanation on your web site than this and most of my anger at this point is directed toward you and not this poor, misguided, unsuspecting client.If she has any complaint left, it should be against your company for not providing a legitimate, working method by which response can be madeYou should make that clear to her in your correspondenceAt this point, she is left believing we took advantage of her and were lax in taking care of her needsI'm holding you and your company personally responsible to clear up this matter both to her satisfaction and to ours

We have tried numerous times to respond to this complaint and have had no luck with this web siteRegardless, the offer remains, we are happy to send the same technician out to explain the repairs and to remedy the one - and ONLY one - leak that remains the crux of this complaintWhat we will not
do, however, is subject this technician, nor any member of our staff to accusations, escalating exaggeration and a constant berating by a customer who seems to operate under the belief that if you change your mind enough times you won't have to pay your billIf future customers want to know the details of this drama, we will be happy to provide them
