Review: I was seen by the dentist at Grins & Giggles over a year ago. From day one when I walked in their office I always felt a cold environment, located in the basement of an old building and with a doctor that wasn't even from our country. I am not one to discriminate so I gave them a chance. I ended up having to have a root canal done and was very worried about the process and I have never had one. After it was done a few months later I started developing pain/sensitivity in my lower left tooth where the root canal was done. I decided to go get a second opinion from another dentist because I paid my dentist a lot of cash out of pocket to do the root canal. I was told there is a start of an abscess and the x-rays showed the root canal was not done properly. When I contacted Grins & Giggles their office manager, [redacted] was very unprofessional. All she kept telling me is to come in and see them and they will bill my insurance. I DO NOT believe that is fair as it is a mistake of theirs and they refuse to look at the other doctors xrays and only care about making more money off of me. I told her that didn't seem fair and she told me she didn't care. I found this to be very rude customer service. They should be able to view my x-rays and chart notes from the new doctor or see me for free to determine the next course of action. I was advised by my dentist and another dentist over the phone I will need to have it repaired and it will have to be done by a specialist which is going to cost me thousands of dollars. I really hope that Revdex.com does something about this organization and doesn't allow other patients to be screwed over. I just want a refund for the amount they made me pay out of pocket and to my insurance so I can get it properly taken care of otherwise I will go through the Medical Board of Dentistry and have them check it out and pay for my claim.Desired Settlement: I would like Grins and Giggles to refund me my money so I can go properly get my tooth redrilled and fixed.
