BEWARE.
Made mistake of buying clutch kit for C5 Corvette from their website. Bought from them because of positive feedback on eBay. Big mistake. After a couple of days received no shipping or tracking info. That's when I found out it was impossible to contact them through their website. Their phone # and messaging doesn't work. Had to contact them through eBay in which they were slow to respond. Reply was "When did you order", even though I gave them a order number. Sent them another message telling them to cancel order because I sensed trouble. Another slow response " Your Order will be processed ASAP" Not a reputable Business

They sent me the wrong clutch then said they would give me a refund so I sent the clutch back just to be tolled I wasn't receiving a refund.

Review: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!This company should be reported to the Revdex.com in California. We own an automotive repair shop in Missouri and were working on a 2004 Mazda RX8. We wanted to upgrade the clutch to a stage two. We purchased the clutch through Ebay from this company. After installing the clutch, we drove for approximately 175 mile on highway and the clutch exploded. We contacted them to warranty the product, where they proceeded to tell my husband he installed it incorrectly (he is a 19 year ASE certified technician). We never got to speak to the same person twice and each one had a different excuse or story on why it was not their products fault. All we wanted was to warranty the product!!! Their customer service was rude on multiple occasions, gave conflicting stories, and were down right shady. This company is selling a product, knowing that it will be defective and having no intentions on standing by their product. This goes beyond bad customer service and is a safety hazard. I am planning on contacting the Revdex.com of California to file a complaint. This company also goes by Megatuning INC. and Grip Force.Desired Settlement: We are asking for a full refund of our purchase. After this incident, I would not feel safe installing any of their products into vehicles that would be driven.

**, [redacted], [redacted] they are all liars. What is amazing is that they lie via emails thinking their emails will not be used as documentation. I am amazed at their stupidity and arrogance I have all their emails coercing me into giving them a good review on EBay so I can get my refund which till this day I have not received. Yes my credit card company is involved and they still think they can get away

With it

Review: I purchased a clutch kit from gripforce.com on July 10th 2014 for my 1995 Mazda B2300. I needed to replace the original clutch on my vehicle as soon as possible therfore I requested next day shipping. When I attempted to have the clutch kit installed we found that there was a defect in on component of the clutch kit (salve cylinder & release bearing assembly). The clutch kit came with an installation guide so the mechanic I was working with verified that everything was installed properly. According to the installation guide and pre-diagnosis sheet that was included with the clutch kit, the problem that I was dealing with (squealing noise when clutch depressed) is related to a faulty release bearing. I attempted to call the company with my issue, without any success. At this point I had my clutch taken out and the new clutch had problems so I needed to purchase another clutch from a local auto parts store and have that one installed. I had to pay the mechanic additional labor to remove the defective clutch kit to install a new clutch kit (he had to perform the clutch kit replacement labor twice due to the defective parts from gripforce.com). After the clutch kit that was purchased at a local auto parts store was installed I had to further problems, proving again that the issue was not installation related but defective product related.

I contacted gripforce.com via there website portal, email and by phone. They fail to respond to my emails when I ask about returning the product for a refund and when I call customer service there is never a service manager available to handle my claim. I have gotten hung up on, given incorrect information, get told to call back and ask for someone in particular and when I do they tell me no one there by that name. It seems to me that they are very use to giving people the run around and are running a fraudulent business. I have attempted many times to handle this directly with the company without any success (since July 14th 2014).Desired Settlement: The company states that a customer must have a return merchandise authorization number before returning products for refund and the return address, but the company does not want to provide me with the necessary information. At this point I am basically requesting my money back and according to some guy named Julian that answers their customer service department calls but who can never help me with my complaint, I dont have to return the product for a refund on defective items. I am asking for a full refund from the company, and also to alert other consumers not to deal with this company they have poor customer service, and provide defective product.

Review: We would like to request the assistance to resolve the refund issue with Gripforce Inc. We are just looking to get a refund of $396.65. They guided us to send the part back, they received and are not refunding the [redacted] family.

February 14, 2015 [redacted] (Telephone Number [redacted]) purchased a clutch for her 2004 Infinity from you company and she charged it to her paypal account using my sisters [redacted] Credit Card ($395.65 –See attached receipt). The Infinity dealer has not able to use clutch (it didn’t fit). [redacted] got sick and on March 9th [redacted] passed away unexpectedly (she attached death certificate). I called your company, explained the situation and your customer representatives manager made an exception to take the part back. Therefore, your customer representative [redacted], advised me to send it back to you to get a refund.

The clutch was sent back to your company at its original condition and package “[redacted]” April 6th via “UPS tracking #[redacted]” and was received by your company and accepted by [redacted] 4/10/2015.

We called and send email them 10th times.

April 2nd, April 3rd, June 16th, June 18th, July 17, July 27, Aug 21, September 3rd and 4th and I still have no satisfactory refund. Your representatives are informing me that they can’t locate the package with your company to check the part condition, therefore they can’t refund us. That is unacceptable answer from a professional organization that should be hold accountable for their inventory tracking and customer obligations.

Best Regards,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Get refund for a part tha returned to the company and was recieved but is not willing to refund me.

Review: I purchased a product from Gripforce within the Warranty time. The product failed and they requested pics of the product. I sent them pics of the product of where it was defected. This whole process was very hard and the business was not cooperative on communication. I was then told that the part would not be warrantied. There was no explanation. This has been to their products before.Desired Settlement: Business is responsible for refunding my money back since the product is defective and within the warranty time.

Review: I purchased a dual mass flywheel from gripforce on eBay at the end of january it was received and professional y installed with receipt the 1st of February. Item was 400.00 plus install costs and carried a warranty of 1,year 12000 miles . After 3 months and 2800 miles the part failed . I have been trying since May 3rd to get a warranty replacement from gripforce with no luck or resolution. I have done everything asked of me including providing the receipt for installation my car is still broken and tore apart because they then wanted pictures of the defective part. There just seems to be no end to the amount of bs I'm getting from gripforce about this. I have called and spoken to people there no less than 20 times during this ordeal . Then they send this email about warranty refusal on a completely different item then the one in question I have proof of all my claims and can provide itDesired Settlement: I would like a replacement parts or a refund depending on if I've all ready ordred another one from a more honest seller by the time of resolution

Review: I couldn't pick just one complaint. This is a product and customer service complaint.First off, if you google these people there are tons of complaints about their parts being defective unaware to me when I bought the part. And, they are now known as GripForce and before that [redacted]. Let's start with I bought a part that fell apart within a couple of months that should have been covered under warranty. I have two separate mechanics with documentation that the part is defection and not that my driving caused the issue as the customer service so eloquently diagnosed in order to not fulfill their warranty program. Customer service. Where do I start? They have none. Extended on hold calls, sending me to different departments, instructing me that I can only speak via email. Asked for corporate or a supervisor to call back and neither happened. This is an issue. I want a refund and labor claim.Desired Settlement: I would never take a replacement part as that offered me with a discount price which was a joke. I want a refund and a labor claim. This is unacceptable.

Review: I recently purchase a clutch from gripforce clutch back in april of this year for a [redacted] 2.0 thru [redacted]. installed the clutch in with the help from a master tech at my shop. On sunday october 19 2014 the clutch disc had shattered on my way to take a family member out. had car towed to shop tech had taken trans out the car found that the clutch disc had shattered into four different peices. I sent pictures to the company with an explenation of what happend company sent back a responce stating that the disc was not covered under warranty due to excessive grease on input shaft, which caused the disc to shatter. I my self have talked with the company severl time have gotten no responce or responsibility from the compay to send a replacement disc or kit. I have called [redacted] to try and get money back from company the can not do any thing since it is out of 45day when purchase. I called seller on thursday and they told me that the disc is made by exedy clutch which is no true since there cluthes are marked. I have reported this company to [redacted] since the are selling fake items which voids [redacted] police agains fake items. All I want is either a new clutch kit or my money back since im am not working nor have the money to pay the shop to get my car fixedDesired Settlement: I would either like a refund of item or a replacement, but an legit exedy clutch disc kit.

Review: I ordered a clutch kit from this company back in February. It was installed by my mechanic. He noted that the part was flimsy to begin with. She started driving her car again in the middle of March. In the last part of june she called and we had to get it towed home. It would not come out of gear. In july it was towed to a mechanic who informed me that the clutch had broken in pieces when he was removing it. That had never happen to him before. when it broke it also ruined my slave cylinder which was fine before. I called the company it was under warranty and supplied them with pictures aand everything they needed and was told a replacement was on its way. After a week of waiting I called to see where it was. They told me their computer shipping info was down, they would call back, They never did. I called that afternoon and again in the morning and told sorry its under review by Julian Then called the next day and Talked to [redacted] who then said it was mechanic error. It was not. They wanted my mechanic to call. he did and [redacted] told him he was too busy to deal with this. My daughter has now lost her job because she was no longer able to get rides. They were being rude to me and to my mechanic. I wanted a replacement part that was under warranty. not anymore..I want my money back!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want 167.08 the purchase price absolutely. I should ask for the 100.00 towing expense as well. I do not want a replacement part. I dont trust that they wouldnt do anything to it. I am out 600.00 in labor alone.

Review: I have spoken with [redacted] regarding two clutch sets we received from Gripforce in December 2014 which were not the correct fitment for the vehicle we were working on. It was an issue with an EXEDY clutch that was supposed to work for the vehicle, but did not. Two were sent to ensure there was not a manufacturing defect in one. There was not. They simply did not work properly. Exedy gave me authorization to return them as did Gripforce. Both kits were returned, one at my expense. It has now been two months and Gripforce has yet to refund my money. I have called them no less than 10 times. On MULTIPLE occasions I was promised a return call that never came. After being extremely patient, I demanded a refund last week. [redacted] stated I would have the refund by 2/27/2015. This did not happen. I have called several times this week, each time being promised that I would receive a return call. I have not received any return call from Gripforce. Each time I call and speak with someone ([redacted], others)there are lots of apologies - but each time I hear the same story that they are working on the refund. There is never any question that I am due the refund. I am told repeatedly that they are waiting on the refund from EXEDY. That is not my concern. I received proper return authorization from everyone involved. They have received the product in full back from me. Their obligation is to return my money in an appropriate measure of time. I have been patient, but this keeps dragging on and I do not feel they are taking my concern seriously. I am told there is nothing they can do but wait. This is not true, they can refund my money and continue to work the return process with EXEDY independent of the money they owe me.Desired Settlement: I have been asking only for the amount of the two kits, but after all this time and hassle, they should also refund the $45 postage spent to return the 2nd kit as they did not send a UPS pickup for the second kit, only the first. I want this refund expedited as they have had the returned products over 45 days.

Review: [redacted] sent me a flywheel they claim is made for my [redacted] and it was designed for the 3.0. When I proceeded to inform them of this issue the proceeded to tell me that the [redacted] is correct and is a direct replacement and that I don't know what I'm talking about. I do my own work on my truck and know what and how each part is supposed to be and the [redacted] not only did not meet requirements for my truck it also had thick spots of rust upon delivery. I have even emailed them and sent photosproving that the [redacted] is not up to par including photos of measurements being shown. And I still have received the same answer because they are running me in circles buying time so that the 30 days to return it expire and refuse to give me a return authorization.Desired Settlement: I want the $** I payed for the [redacted] upon being able to return the [redacted] and they must remove the deceptive product description.

Review: I bought a product form them. it did not do what it was supposed to and it started falling apart. The product has a warranty and I am well within the warranty period and they are refusing to warranty this product. they have lied to me on numerous occasion and have failed to give me anything remotely close to even decent customer service. they are rude and extremely uncooperative.Desired Settlement: I do plan on purchasing from them again but feel I should receive a refund for the defective product I received the first time so I can purchase another one from them that hopefully wont be defective.

Review: I recently purchased a clutch from Grip Force which, after about one month of driving, the slave cylinder froze, causing the master cylinder to break, which also damaged the fingers on the pressure plate, leaving me stranded. When the mechanic took it back apart he told me that the clutch was garbage and defective. I then had to purchase another new clutch (obviously not from the same company) and contacted Grip Force. After sending them the letter from the mechanic, which explained that the part was faulty, they contacted the mechanic who explained the problem more in depth. I was then asked to take pictures of the clutch and email them to Grip Force. After a few more emails, I got an email from a new representative asking me to explain the problem.... She stated that they have so many people there that the emails go to different people every time. I then requested that my claim be handeled by one person from there on out and again explained the problem. They then informed me that

they are not going to refund me for the product. I asked why and they stated that they do not feel that it is a faulty part. It was installed by a professional mechanic and a letter was written stating that the part was faulty, then the new clutch from a different company was installed by the same mechanic and it works perfectly. Grip Force does not stand behind their product and dispite my jumping through every single hoop, they refuse to refund me. I offered to ship the product back as it is clearly faulty and maybe they couldn't tell in the pictures but they stated that it was not necessary and that they are not going to refund me. With no explination I have now paid for two clutches and have paid to have my clutch installed, taken out and reinstalled. I didn't even request labor fees or reimbursement for the master cylinder. I just requested that they stand behind their warranty which they did not. Further, I began my complaint contacts on April 2, 2014, when they assurred me that the clutch chatter, rumbeling and knocking was told that it was normal. Then on May 3, 2014, my truck left me stranded due to the faulty parts. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Review: I purchased a clutch kit from Gripforce in April 2014. The clutch kit was to be installed 2 weeks ago by an experienced technician. The clutch kit was installed per the directions and diagram that came with the clutch kit. The problem is that the diagram and instructions for installing the clutch kit are wrong. This resulted in the part being seized onto my input shaft on my transmission. After 2 days and 6 technicians at the dealership, they finally were able to remove the part from my vehicle. This would not have happened if the instructions and the installation diagram that came with the part itself was correct. The part was installed correctly by the diagram and instructions, but in reality, this is wrong. My technician and I contacted Gripforce and got the run around for 2 weeks. Finally was able to speak to James at Gripforce who said " It sounds like you did install it correctly", but then he changed his story and emailed me stating that I must have installed it wrong, after he did initially agree that the way it was installed was correct by the diagram. He stated "Good Luck" to me. Next, I spoke to [redacted], who stated "He will try to handle the issue", but 3 days later, it never got handled. Next, I spoke to [redacted], who claimed himself that per the diagram, other customers have followed the diagram and installed it correctly but in reality the installation instructions are wrong for their vehicle. He also mentioned there should have been a sticker on the clutch disk showing which way to install the disk, but I explained to him there was no such thing on my product. At this point, they are wanting me to purchase the product again. They are not allowing me to return this defective product and installation diagram and issue me my full refund. I have returned to their site, and the product has been removed. Due to this happening to my vehicle, until we get the new product installed, I dont know if this has also caused any damage to my transmission.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this product to the company and receive a full purchase price refund.
