Grips Fast Golf

Review: On 3/27/14 I purchased a set of golf clubs and grips from Grips Fast Golf. I picked the clubs up on 3/29/14. I did not play with the clubs because it was raining but I did swing them in the air inside my house trying to get the feel for them, they did not feel right they seemed heavy which is bunch different than the display club I thought I was purchasing. I went to there website and saw that they had a 30 day money back return policy at http://www.gripsfastgolf.com/terms. I called them on 3/31/14 the owner answered, he told me all sales are final. I told him thats not what there website says and he told me to bring them in so they can make things right. On 4/1/14 I brought the clubs into the store the salesperson [redacted] asked me quote "why are you returning them you haven't even hit them, I'm begging you please give them a shot let me adjust them for you, try them out for a few rounds before you just say you don't like them." I told him no you have a return policy and you need to honor it because these are not the clubs I thought I was buying. He then told me "well we can buy them back from you for about $100." I told him that was not okay and that I needed at least a 90% refund. He told me to leave them and their owner would contact me. My purchase total was $352.51. I have received my credit card payment it was approved and I have since got my money back. Now they are calling me saying that I should of only got $136 according to their policy because they are now saying I used them. I did not use the clubs, I felt like the clubs I got were not the clubs I thought I was buying.Desired Settlement: I have already received my money back by reversing my credit card and the bank has investigated it and approved the credit back. I want the Revdex.com to contact them and let them know that what they are doing is wrong and they need to stop trying to contact me. I also want it filed in Revdex.com.org so other consumers can avoid this company.

In response to this complaint, I’ve highlighted lies by this complainant.. BTW, He still has the putter grip of which he owes $30.37 and I wish I could complain about this person to other businesses, trying to get away with this BS)..but below is my response to Revdex.com..
