This message is in response to the
Complaint regarding Customer Service IssuesWe want to apologize for any inconvenience
you may have dealt with throughout your stay.
In regards to the issues that you
have stated in fairness the community
has done all and any means
possible to
make sure that there work orders be
handled in a timely manner and also have compensated for any inconvenienceI myself
have walk the apartment home to assess the maintenance issues in regards to the
leak that was caused by a water line break on the apartment located above the customer’s
apartmentAfter walking the home of the resident there was no sign of any
black substance; however I offered to transfer them at no costShortly after the
residents decided not to transfer and would like to stay in their current apartment
homeThe 2nd complaint was a
big misunderstanding the Newport office
is a pretty large office which has leasing offices located on the left of your
entry, located straight of your entry is a Club house and to the right is the
business center we would like to take the time to explain this
misunderstanding. The day of October 15,
around 5:office staff received a call that needed attention right away
this is where the staff had to go and lock up the office to attend this matter
During this time the offices were locked and sign was put on the door” Out on property
“the business center had the lights off and was assumed that no one was in
thereThe staff at this time which were only two of us had to run out the back
door which leads through a garage that was left wide open along with the door
that leads outThe staff went to resolve the issue that was going on and literally
got back within ten minutes of this happening around 5:28pmWhen the staff got
back into the office were met with the resident and we were extremely apologetic
at the same time we were trying to see what had happen how he had got locked
inThe resident never gave us time to explain and walked out then shortly after
we were met by the residents girlfriend who was extremely upset; at the time
she had been misinform and was lead to believe her boyfriend was locked in the
office for over hour We were extremely
understanding in dealing with the resident she was upset and we couldn’t get a
word in during this time the resident than stormed out of the officeWe tried
to make contact the next business day and no responseWith all this being said
we s want to extend our apologies’ we
would like to set an appropriate time to meet with the residents to see if we can come to a resolution
