This review is a strong critique on the incredibly unprofessional behavior of Casa Corona manager Estefani Villalba. The level of racism and harassment is beyond acceptable boundaries and truly shocking. Her ability to practice such discrimination on a constant basis is pitiful and illegal. Furthermore, the application of illegal price gouging is another shady tactic in her repertoire, adding to the ever-growing list of reasons why her management style is condescending and ethically unsound. This kind of behavior in a professional setting is absolutely unacceptable and deserves nothing short of immediate rectification.

Mr [redacted] , We are very sorry to hear that you felt like you got the run around from Mr [redacted] (I will refer to him as [redacted] for the remainder of this response) and / or anybody else that works for Griswold Real Estate Management We met with [redacted] (and [redacted] ) to discuss this complaint & the “situation” in its entirety After said discussion, there are many allegations we disagree with, which will be specifically address [redacted] below: When [redacted] spoke with you on W**nesday, November 5th, she never said that your credit had been APPROVed She does not have the authority to do so Rather, she said that everything looked OK to her BUT that she needed to speak with [redacted] first, as she didn't have everything in front of her AND, more importantly, he was the Manager (i.ethe person who made the final decision) She did try to contact [redacted] & check the status, but, after she failedto reach him, she called you back that Friday and inform*ed you that you’d have to wait until Monday – when [redacted] returned from vacation – for the final decision Again, because she did not have the authority to do anything without his approval When [redacted] return [redacted] on Monday, November 10th, that’s when he sent both you and your girlfriend denial letters Your application was deni [redacted] because your co-applicant’s application was deni** This was expressly stat [redacted] on your denial letter Please see 1E You assert [redacted] that your girlfriend’s report was never run This is untrue Her cr**it & background check WAS run and she was sent a denial letter w/ the reason for denial list [redacted] (i.ethe appropriate box check**) Unfortunately we are not able to share the reasoning with you; all we can tell you is that her application was deni** What I can tell you is that the denial letter was sent to the address list [redacted] on her application; however, it was unfortunately return [redacted] to us as undeliverable a few days later (perhaps why you thought her application was never run?) If your girlfriend would like a copy of her cr**it report, as well as a copy of the denial letter (and even a copy of the mailing, which proves it was return [redacted] to us) – she may contact [redacted] via email at e [redacted] @griswoldremgmt.com Again, we cannot provide said information to anyone but her You continu [redacted] to reference the application fee as $ It was actually $per person or $total, which is proven in the attachment (a copy of your Money Order) That said, we do not feel like we should have to reimburse you for your girlfriend’s application fee (again, $25) because her application WAS process [redacted] and – unfortunately – deni** Once again, she is more than welcome to contact [redacted] if she’d like to get a copy of her report & denial letter We once again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caus [redacted] you & your girlfriend, but we do feel like we act [redacted] properly in a difficult situation Have a great day, Griswold Real Estate Management
