We have now prepared an Application of Deposit for Ms*** showing $in deductions from her Security Deposit to cover an area of carpet that was damaged, replacement of damaged mini-blinds, replacement of a deadbolt that the tenant had placed on a bedroom door and excess cleaning that went beyond wear and tear
The carpet appeared to have been damaged by an animal although pets were not allowed in the Residential Rental AgreementPutting deadbolt locks on interior doors creates a significant danger and is against city code
We have cut checks totaling $to Ms*** and she has picked these up at our officeThis represents the $1,Security Deposit minus $in deductions for the tenant damages outlined above
