I placed an order with Gritty Soul on May 3. I have not received my order. I have received two small 'discounts' only.
I placed an order with Gritty Soul on May 3, 2020 for pair of jeans in the amount of $71.19. I asked for an update on May 16 2020. I was told the order was shipping on May 29, 2020. I responded on June 16 2020 and asked if I should expect to see the shipment any day if it shipped May 29? On June 24, I received a message apologizing and offering a small discount. I accepted. On July 11, I requested an update. I shared I Expected a full refund if they did not ship in two weeks. On July 14, I sent another message asking why they are sending no updates. If you have problems with shipping or fulfilling, you send updates. I shared if I didn't receive the item by July 24, I expect a fiull refund. The response I received was "No Problem" with a smiley face emoji. They gave me yet another discount. I received this morning, July 22. I believe I've been patient and I'm done. I want a full refund. I also see that they advertise heavily on Instagram and I think they should stop if they cannot fulfill orders or place a disclaimer that they are Substantially behind on fulfillment.

It's a trying time. I understand. But I've ordered from other vendors who share Regular updates on delayed shipments or they refund the order. Not so with Gritty Soul. You place an order and your money is lost to the ether.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. They've issued small discounts on my order. They should refund the balance of my order at a minimum which would be about $57.

May 15th: purchased a dress. June 8: asked the seller for a shipping confirmation. Seller said 5-10 bus days. It is July 2nd and I did not get anythin
I purchased a dress on May 15, 2020. I received an order confirmation immediately. The utem was listed as in stock. After waiting over two weeks,, I contacted the seller on June 8th to inquire about both the order and shipping status. The seller said it would take an additional 5-10 business days. That would have been June 22nd. It is July 2nd and I did not get the dress or an shipping confirmation. Considering that I can not trust commutation from the seller, I filef a complaint with PayPal and requested a refund.

I have Yet to receive an item that was purchased in May.
I preordered an item with an expected date to ship on June 5th after that time passed I Was then Told it would be June 12th. After that time passed I reached Out again via email and was told it would ship by June 30.. still no tracking info or reply back when I asked For a full refund.

Placed a order and never received item.
On Jan 2020 I placed a order and it May 2020 and yet to receive order. I received several email stating my order would be shipping but never received a shipping confirmation. The customer service is horrible. Buyers beware

I wanted love and support this black owned business. Unfortunately, this was my first and most likely my last time dealing with them. I ordered a pair of pants in my normal size, they were at least 2 sizes two small. They arrived 1.5 months after my purchase. I returned them via mail, I paid the shipping fee to return them. Upon confirmation through the post office that the pants had been delivered back to Gritty Soul, I emailed to inquire about my refund. I was given a store credit of $45, they did not refund my total amount of $55.99. Unfortunately, it's another black owned business that I can't support due to their business practices.

We have already issued a refund to the customer. The customer ordered an item as a preorder stated to ship Friday, 4/18/2020, due to the onset of the Corona Virus, issues with shipments and courier delays had caused the customer's order to be delayed. It was delivered on May 14. Being in business for over 28 years, we take pride in our brand, and integrity in business is important to us. We have apologized for the delay, and refunded the customer.

Interesting enough, after this review was submitted, a refund in the amount of $45 was issued to my PayPal account. I thanked GrittSoul, unliked and unfollowed them on all of my social media platforms..I wish them well.

7 weeks later and I had to chalk up my hopes of receiving my order and request a refund. Although they were responding to my inquiries, I didn't feel they were at all apologetic or sympathetic. It was my first and last experience. I will not shop here again.

I pre ordered Cleopatra Stone Pants from Gritty Soul on 1/26/2020.
The pants were to ship on 3/2/2020.
I have not received the pants as of 5/6/2020.

I placed an online pre order for the Cleopatra Stone Pants size XL on 1/26/2020 and paid $72.74 by PayPal. The transaction ID is 4GRXXXXXERXXXXXXE. Invoice ID is cXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.1

The pants were due to ship on 3/2/2020. The delivery was delayed due to Covid-19. This was understandable so I was very patient. I maintained contact with Gritty Soul by Facebook Messenger and requested updates on shipping starting on 3/5/2020. The shipping date changed from 3/2/2020 to 3/27/20. They offered me a refund but I refused. I want the pants I ordered. They are beautiful pants. I originally wanted the pants for my birthday trip on 3/12/2020 but was willing to wait.

I continued corresponding on a regular basis. On 3/6/2020 and was told I was sent about the shipping delay by email. No email was ever sent to my email of record. On 3/23/2020 I asked for a shipping update on Messanger. I was told that is was still set to ship on 3/27/2020. On 3/29/2020 I asked for a shipping update was told 3/30/2020. Also told that all orders would be shipped out by 4/17/2020 based on "first in, first out". They also informed me of an online $1000 Cash Prize giveaway of all the customer who were patiently waiting for Cleopatra Stone Pants to happen on Instagram and Facebook Live. On 4/8/2020, I asked again for shipping confirmation since I hadn't received a tracking number for my package. I was informed of another shipping delay but assured they would ship by 4/7/2020 from their Georgia Warehouse. On 4/19/2020 I asked again for shipping information and was informed of another shipping delay. I was told due to fewer staff in the warehouse it would be "a few more days". I was offered a refund which I declined. I want the pants. On 4/25/2020 I asked for a shipping update. I was told "Unfortunately Hun, I don't have a specific date for your particular shipment because they are going out in batches". I told them I still wanted the pants. On 4/28/2020 I asked for shipping update . I was told 4/30/2020. I again asked for the tracking number for my package and never given this information. I asked for another update on 5/1/2020 told 5/8-5/11 but no tracking information. was given. On 5/5/2020 I asked again for the tracking information and was told 5/11-5/15 but no tracking information was given.

I was contacted by an unknown customer through messenger. She also had ordered the Cleopatra Stone pants and still hadn't received them either.

I have received nothing but excuses and more excuses and no Cleopatra Stone Pants. When I told them I would be filing a complaint against them, I was blocked from sending messages and told I would get a refund. I have never requested a refund. I want the pants I ordered on 1/26/2020.

I don't believe they even have the pants and this is why the multiple shipping delays. This fraudulent advertising. This is a bad business and they need to be reprimanded.

They have also been holding hundreds of customers funds and should also give them interest on these funds.

Desired Outcome

I would like the Cleopatra Stone Pants delivered immediately. I would also like a formal apology for the lies and inconvenience. I would like interest on the funds they held for a product they false advertised.

This response is unacceptable. I ordered the Cleopatra Stone Pants and want the pants. I never asked for a refund. You only refunded me when I questioned your business practices. Then I was blocked from further conversation when I requested shipping information and tracking.
Why don't you explain to Revdex.com what is really going on with your company and these Cleopatra Stone Pants. Explain how you have thousands of customers waiting for these pants who are also being patient as I was.
I will gladly reverse the refund for the pants. You can not hold peoples funds for 103 days like a bank and then cancel the transaction without request.
You say you strive to provide superb customer service, well then follow through with the transaction and be ethical.

I order from Gritty soul, they send me 2 order of the same thing they were supposed to refund one a store credit the other never recieve it
I place an order on Febuary 24,2020 for an pair of boogie night pant@ 68.00 dollars they send 2 pair out I send both back didnt like the way they fit send second pair by mistake ask for a refund order number is XXXXX so that 68.00x2 that what I should receieve.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund, I will never order from them again. Never answer emails. Poor customer service to be an online store.

We have received 13 messages from customer and have replied to each of them.

Customer was refunded for the purchase, and was given a store credit for the additional pair on the 20th of this month.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience with the items you ordered. We take great integrity in our brand. And even when there is a rare hiccup with an order, we take ownership of our responsibilities to rectify it as soon as possible.

I placed an order for 2 shirts on 1/15/20. One was scheduled to ship 1/16, and the other on 1/18. On 1/22, I received one shirt, with no mention of the other. I contacted them by email several times with no response. I filed a dispute with my card company, and got a response on 2/3 "your order will be shipped by the end of the week". Received another email on 2/6 "our apologies for a warehouse error. The item is no longer available, and you will be refunded ". The refund was $4.50 less than what I paid. Unethical business. Do not shop there!

Beware! This company took my money and I didn't receive my merchandise.

I order 2 tee shirts... GS-3418 & GS-3415 and upon receiving my order I received one shirt which was GS-3415, I contacted the business and they tell me 2 shirts was in this shipment but the package was not or did not seem as if it was tampered with so I don't know how the other shirt appeared to be missing. Maybe the shirt was not put in the package, but all I want is for the shirt to be replaced or give me a refund.
