Dear Britnee Glass I Revdex.com,

In regards to complaint ID# [redacted] for our customer [redacted] I would like to inform you that I spoke with [redacted] before he left to go back to [redacted] for the summer. He is a resident of [redacted] only during the winter time. We decided that we would work together to resolve his flooring issue when he returns in December of 2014, per his request. I have been to his home and inspected his flooring and do not feel that his flooring issue is due to the installation provided from us at Grizzly's Discount Flooring, LLC. I did tell [redacted] that I would help him with his floor when he returns in December, since the manufacturer claims they are not at fault and will not warranty the issue. The issue of the laminate flooring chipping/delaminating on the corners is not an installation issue. Furthermore, it is my understanding that the customer's complaint is not against Grizzly's Discount Flooring but is against [redacted] the manufacturer. However, even before I was con acted by the Revdex.com I had already agreed to help [redacted] when he returns to [redacted] in December. I am extremely confident that we will be able to work together with [redacted] upon his return and satisfy his concerns. I just wanted to say that it is refreshing to find a company that is outstanding in everything that they do. I just had them put laminate, carpet and tile in my home and we couldn't be more satisfied. The work crews were wonderful and [redacted] was great to work with.

Thank you to the staff at Grizzley's Flooring they transformed a house into a beautiful home. We bought a vacation home in AZ and choose our flooring products before we left in the spring and when we returned in the fall the job had been completed and it was awesome. The staff communicated via text messages and pictures and it couldn't have been easier. Products and workmanship top notch. Will be recommending company to other people wanting flooring products.

Review: We had Grizzleys replace our flooded lenolium in January 2015 with new lenolium. They replaced our metal stripping and the corner was sharp and cut my foot. I called them, asked to replace it, they came and took it off. Then carpet started to fray. I called asked for them to come back out and replace it. They started to tear it up to stretch it, asked where the stripping was. The men said they didn't have any, wasn't told to bring any, they would come back with it. That was last month.Desired Settlement: I want my brand new carpet to have the metal stripping put back like it was!

Review: Carpet installed during the second week of october. Carpet in main room showed carpet joint line and different color carpet. Within 3 days [redacted] was contacted. He said someone would get back to me. A few days later I provided him pictures. 2 weeks later I contacted him again. He said he had put in a claim. Another 2 weeks gone by with no communication from him agai. I contacted [redacted] again. He said the claims wanted him to come look at the carpet. Todate he has never once initiated any communication and the carpet has not been fixed.Desired Settlement: Repair the carpet or issue a refund by December 1st 2014

Review: Unable to get any response from the Company reference warranty issue.

On 03/15/2010 I had a [redacted] product installed in my park model residence in [redacted]. Shortly

after installation, the product started to delaminate and chip on the corners. My installer has tried to

contact [redacted] about this situation, but to my knowledge had not received any response from them. I

have learned that [redacted] has removed their products from the [redacted] area. On May 1, 2014, I sent you

a very detailed explanation and documentation of what has happened with this issue to date.Desired Settlement: would like [redacted] to supply my installer, Grizzley's Discount Flooring, LLC [redacted],[redacted] with enough product to repair the floor.
