Took my money and didn't get product advertised.
Took my money and never delivered product advertised. Tried reaching through email but no response after 3 attempted correspondence. Since 12/18/19

I ordered two robots from the webite and have been unable to track it or getget any respone from the vie email or facebook messanger. eversence I oredered the two robots my card has been charged several fradulant charges and I had to shut the card off and get a new one. I ahve sent multiply messages and got no response and this was after they took the money off my card and send me a email comfrimation and a facebook messanger comfrimation. I belive they are a scame site and I want my money back but have no way of requestiong it cause im unable to get intouch with anyone. I ordered the merchandise on December 11th.
