I am rejecting this response because: It is obvious that the dealer does not want to satisfy their promise Therefore we will allow the Ohio Attorney General's office to follow through with "unwinding" this deal I do not wish to have any part of doing business with a company that refuses to hold up to their written promiseThank you for your help with this matter

I am rejecting this response because:
It's unreasonable to ask for paperwork months after a transactionI would expect Grizzly Motors to have my service records either in their computer or as a hard copyI was the customer who
paid with a coupon and you did my brakes/rotors for me while I was on vacation (Silver Honda Civic - LicPlate *** ***)I have the transaction history noted in my bank account if you need proof of paymentI paid with a check (check nofor $cashed on 8/1/- see the attached file for the copy of the check)You were very nice to me and worked around my scheduleYou were even willing to come in on a Sunday just so I could pick up my car after I returned from vacation, which I greatly appreciatedUnfortunately, you had a death in the family and weren't in town when I got backWith all that said, I had a pleasant experience with your services until I realized that my brakes squeaked worse than they did before I took my car inAfter calling over times, and only speaking your front desk employee twice (who both times took my number and told me I'd get a call back but never did) - I even stopped at Grizzly Motors twice but both times nobody was there (on Saturdays during office hours) I had to reach out to the Revdex.com just so I could have contact with someone at Grizzly MotorsI'm not an angry customer or anything like that, I just want to get what I paid forPlease let me know what the next steps are in how to get this resolved, I do not live far away, I could just bring my car in if you'd like to schedule a time to take a look at itIt might just need adjusted, not sure, but like I said before, the squeaking is still bad

This is a black and white issue,the legal contract which complies with all Federal and State guidelines is in defaultThe contract is signed by the customer and has no connection with what sounds like a WE OWE slipThe legal and binding loan contract stands aloneThis contract is in default.The customer never attempted to contact the owner via email,mail or in person,which had that been done this issue would have been mute.Lets be rational not replacing a door handle within days doesn't mean the loan contract can be held hostage... Respectfully,GRIZZLY MOTORS

Ok,lets put this issue to bed,I'm curious to see exactly what type of work was done on this carThis sounds like a pretty easy fix...if nothing else I'll chalk it up to "good will",we still cannot locate this paperwork sounds like it was either farmed out or was done by a group that was doing a short term lease in the service areaLet me know
