Review: Being treated unprofectional,(yelling screaming at me)by the receptionist carla, she states that my perception's will not be filled, not referring me to another doctor or given me 30 days to even find one so that I have my necessary medications, talking about my family in the company of other patience in while they are waiting. I have been on this medication since 1994 & any doctor will tell you it can & will cause a stoke, heart attach, seizure's. Asking for payment before I'm even seen. They have caused suffering have descusing my wifes stuff with me & visu versu after it had been put ojn records not to do soDesired Settlement: To fill my perception until I get a doctor, and to be warned about customer relations
