Did not know I was signing up for a subscription.
I ordered the free trial and just paid shipping like it indicated. A month after receiving the product more came in the mail and I was charged and 84 dollars for forsk,and garcinia.could you look into this matter? I am extremely upset with this company I tried calling and no call back after leaving a message.
I want my money refunded and subscription canceled.

I ordered a free trial of 2 products for $4.95 + shipping and have continued to be billed by this company for months.
I ordered this product(GRN Forsk and GRN Garci) for a free trial back in February/March. I continue to receive these products and noticed that I have been billed the following amounts for May, June and July ($74.94 x 3 for Forsk and $84.90 x 3 for Garci) and $69.95 for Forsk on April 1 and $79.95 for Garci on March 31. This is a total of $629.42. I never agreed to purchase this product and have called the customer service number listed on the packing slip when I realized that they were continuing to charge me (877-637-0205). I have left messages and never received a return call.

Charged me without my approval and I can't get ahold of them to cancel and refund
I purchased a bottle of GRN Keto and paid $5.99 Shipping ... I tried it and they didn't work but then I just saw June 11th my bank account was charged $79 as a subscription to something I never wanted to subscribe to! I tried calling the number from the bank and left a voicemail. I never received another bottle or anything! I want to be refunded for this charge as well as get taken off this "subscription" this company is awful and a total scam!!

I ordered their product and called within 14 days to cancel. I am still being charged and need refunds.
Ordered trail products on 3/26/19. The day I received the package I called to confirm I wasn't locked into a reorder situation. After 2 minutes I was forced to voicemail. I called a week later and the same thing. No one would answer my calls or call me back. Now I've been charged in April 9 and 15th ($79.95 and $69.95) and May 9 $84.90. With these charges I have not received any additional product but started seeing these charges on my account. I called today 5/13 and finally talked to John who could only credit me back for May 9, he said the product is in the mail but I have yet to receive anything and its May 13th.When the company never called me back in March I had assumed they got my call and canceled my account because I have not received any additional product since the original trial.

I mistakenly ordered from this company while on facebook. I didnt know they would continue charging my card & even after cancelling my card, they continue to send product to me. When you call them to cancel, you have to leave a message & no one calls you back.

I would be happy to refund if I can locate the account. We do sell garcinia, but so do many other companies online. Is it possible it could be another company?? Or could have been ordered under another name? Could they please send a copy of the packing slip showing it was sent from GRN Slim? It may help me try to locate this customer. But we have no record of this customer, under that name, phone or zip code in our system. Please let me know how we can help resolve this.

GRN uses deceptive advertising and unauthorized billing to scam unassuming consumers. The product is advertised at $4.95 and GRN bills 79.95.
GRN sent me a text message falsely implying their company was affiliated with the TV show Shark Tank and Mark Cuban. GRN offers their product at $4.95 on a trial basis and then charges 79.95. GRN advertises 100% Money Back Guarantee but only offered me 50% of my money back.

This company advertised a free bottle of GRN Keto. I had to pay the shipping costs which was $4.95. I read through their terms and agreements and this was not a subscription or a contacted item. On 4/1/19 I had a charge on my credit card for $79.95. I called my credit card and they gave me the number. I was able to finally speak to someone. He said I had to go to the website and unsubscribe. I asked for the website and he could not give me the proper URL. I told him to cancel my subscription and that I wanted my money back. He continued to tell me that it was contacted and after 14 days I was going to be charged $79.95. This statement is false as I went back in and found the contract in my email. He said he would only give me half my money back and an email stating that I cancelled. I have yet to receive the email or my money back.

I did not know that signing up for a free trial would result in me having to pay $79 a month for this! The company didn't publish that in the terms of use and I want a refund and for them to stop shipping this out to me.
