Review: Landscaping was done with my home late 2012. Reached out to Gro Rite multiple times in 2013 and 2014 about an issue with a tree that died. I was told "I am really far from their store location" and began to avoid warranting my replacement. Spoke with [redacted] in person, I have not heard from him in 3 months despite leaving multiple messages. Does not pick up cell phone either when I call.Desired Settlement: Replace the tree as guaranteed and more importantly, promised verbally.
