I scheduled an appointment, which is not easy because of her limited workday only hoursI left work hours early for the appointmentGPS did not bring me to the unmarked office buildingThe building has the name of the other business in the building, but not Island Time MassageThere is only a little yard sign with small print that you don't see when you are looking up for names on the buildingsThe building's # address is only visible from the parking lot which, if you are coming from the other direction is impossible to seeAt minutes after my appointment start time I called for directionsNo answerI found the building and walked in at exactly minutes after my appointment time, knowing that I had lost 15-minutes of my massage time looking for the buildingShe had already left for the dayThe person who works for the other business in the building told me she had no showed to "a few" appointments this past weekI called a dozen or two times and left several messagesNo answerLater that evening her husband called me to explain that she didn't answer because she let her phone go dead and, "it happens." He said she left at minutes after (not true as documented by my phone's call history) because I hadn't arrived and "hadn't called." He lectured me for minutesHe said he "won't let" his wife work past 5:because she works so hard and it isn't in a safe areaHe said there is no business name on the building because, "it's Stillwater and you know, they're not easy to work with." (There were other business names on the buildings and they moved in months earlier.) He said it was my fault for not showing on time and they won't honor my Groupon, that I'd have to call Groupon to get my money backI gladly traded in my Groupon for a more reputable business and warned Groupon of the numerous negative reviews, many almost identical to my experienceHopefully Groupon heeds our warnings and removes her from their list of businesses so others customers don't go through what so many of us haveHopefully other people read this review and heed the warning
