I've called for technician for my split ac unit. When he showed up he saw the engine was mounting on the wall. Which means he need the leader on his car. He refused to bring it saying "I'm not going to take my leader off the car and carry it. Talk to who ever you want" and went. I called and talked to Adam. The manager. He said he doesn't care and he won't listen to me. And ended the conversation while I was talking. At the end. It's the worse service ever. I lost my time and that company is black listed for me!!! Be careful they don't want to work. Just service window units as they will just sell you a new one and install in five minutes. Bad bad bad.
