All of these complaints come from the same problem we had We had an employee who did not get his ad copy approved and just went and ran the ads It was an error on our side and we took down the ad as soon as we realized what had happened and that employee is no longer employed with the company

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It doesn’t say in the advertisement I included that it was a drawing. If it was a mistake then why did the same ad on Facebook appear several days later as well.
