the tenant had reported this when it first occurred it would have resolved the excessive water usageThe other items mentioned were placed on a work order for the owners maintenance personThey have been there to address the issues several times and now we have submitted a work order for the additional issuesI had informed Ms.*** the maintenance person would contact her directly, however we had a major snowstorm and the maintenance person had other emergency issues to handle at other properties and will be contacting her to schedule a time to address her kitchen cabinet and the hole that was put in the wall from someone falling into it
