Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who provided the following response: The representative stated their policy is to offer an in-store credit for the full amount of the item, or a refund less a 25% restocking feeThe representative stated that this policy is listed on their website and was the customer was made aware of thatShe also stated that the purchase was made on April 20, and that they only offer a day guarantee during which time the customer can return the product for a store credit, or a refund less the stocking fee, and the customer returned the product outside of that window, on May 26, but they did honor the policy and refunded the customer's purchase less the stocking feeShe also stated that the customer did not express to them that the product was defective when she stated that she wanted to return it, but that she did not like the product or the way the clippers heated up and wanted to return itOnce receiving the product returned, they were able to confirm the product is in fact not defectiveShe stated that if the product had been defective, they offer a year replacement on the product, but that is in fact not what the customer stated when she contacted them about the return
