horrible customer service and retaliation to customers
had disagreement couple years back - just online looking for tools - placed order - get contact from customer service ...what a joke...due to last communication we have canceled your order and refunded your money. talk about disgusting company - disgusting customer service - retaliation by a company against paying customer...that's their customer service - turning away paying customer - turning down money - being vindictive - don't get any lower than that - family owned business nice family - NOT ! they think its ok to treat people like that - act that way - point fingers at everyone else...always someones fault but theirs. don't buy from this company - their credibility is crap. their behavior is beyond disgusting how they treat people - they deserve to lose customers ! I'll preach against their business everyday forever.

and their very deceptive...they blocked on social media and removed review so other customers wouldn't see it...good luck with that I'm not going away - ever ! your company deserves to be bashed - I'm on it !

Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who provided the following response: The representative stated their policy is to offer an in-store credit for the full amount of the item, or a refund less a 25% restocking fee. The representative stated that this policy is listed on their...

website and was the customer was made aware of that. She also stated that the purchase was made on April 20, and that they only offer a 30 day guarantee during which time the customer can return the product for a store credit, or a refund less the stocking fee, and the customer returned the product outside of that window, on May 26, but they did honor the policy and refunded the customer's purchase less the stocking fee. She also stated that the customer did not express to them that the product was defective when she stated that she wanted to return it, but that she did not like the product or the way the clippers heated up and wanted to return it. Once receiving the product returned, they were able to confirm the product is in fact not defective. She stated that if the product had been defective, they offer a 1 year replacement on the product, but that is in fact not what the customer stated when she contacted them about the return.

Review: On 4/19/16 I purchased the Andies 5-speed clippers from the Groomer's Mall.I received this product about 4 days later. The first time I used the clippers I had absolutely no problem with them. The second time the clippers wouldn't start.Kept trying...nothing.Unplugged them and tried again...nothing,After several attempts to start it finally came to life but as soon as I turned them off they wouldn't start again. As I am a pet stylist by profession, this piece of equipment is a necessity.

I was very disappointed as I have used this exact brand in the past with very little issue.I called the Groomer's Mall on 5/16/16 and requested an exchange for an entirely different brand. They told me that the specific brand of clippers I wished to purchase from them (Lindsey)they don't carry so I them requested a refund.Lindsey told me they wwould only put a credit on my account.I was taken aback by this as I didn't want to purchase anything else from them and I did not want to waste over $209.95 on something I didn't need or want. Lindsey said that's all they could do for me.

A couple of days later my husband contacted the same company and left a message regarding the above. The next day we received a message from Samantha (one of their managers)saying that if I was adamant about a refund they would give that to me but at a %25 restocking fee & shipping fee of $6.83.Tried to contact them to agree to the shipping charges but will not take a loss of %25 for a restocking fee for something that doesn't even work.Have not been able to get in touch with anyone since.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is a refund so I can put that money towards another brand of clippers and unfortunately they don't carry them. There is no reason that I should have to take a loss for this.I'll pay for the shipping but I deserve to get a refund for the total purchase price of these.
