I got a recommendation to take my shihtzus there
Absolute worst first impression everI let the groomer know that one of my dogs, who is going blind, gets scared and has anxiety and the other one growls but doesn't bite and if she does you can't feel itShe made it very clear that there'd be an extra $5-$handling fee for each dog, if they tried to bite herWhen my smallest shihtzu didn't want to go back with her, I told her she might have to carry her and Libby, the groomer, informed me that she would walk back there implying she wasn't carrying herI was so offended by her disrespect and I was so uncomfortable after dropping my two dogs off that I came very close to going back to pick them up and not have them groomed
When they called to tell me they were ready, I asked how they did and the person on the phone, Saphire, the manager, was completely disrespectful and told me she wasn't the groomer and I'd have to talk to the groomerI told her I was on the way and she rudely let me know there's a late fee if I didn't pick them up within two hours
AwfulI will not go back and plan on telling the owner!
