I have been in business for over yearsIf I cut the leg that required stitches I would have taken him to the vet hospitalI would have also noticed this because there would have been blood everywhere and there wasn'tIt would have been
very noticeable because this was a white dogWhen the owner came to pick up the dog she spent a good minutes playing with the dog and also gave a dollar tip
I never mentioned going to small claims courtI only asked her to show us the dog or the picturesI never saw either nor did she come byShe also stated that I was a shady person and had no insurance, both of what are not trueI have groomed her dog several times before she claims I did this to her dog never has she had any complaints
I care about all the dogs I groom and treat them like my ownI am sorry that she feels I did this to her dog but the dog left without any cuts or injuries

okay, first of all that was his 2nd trip to that groomers so not tons of timesHe wasn't bleeding which the Vet said that particular part of his leg is like our calf if it was cut open the skin would be exposed but little to no blood would come outI gave a $tip bc I was a good customerI didn't play with him at all(another lie she tells) He barely walked to me and I picked him up and wrote the check while I was holding himI had a meeting at work so I needed to get home and sign on from home which is why I didn't inspect him or make small talkmy mom called and wanted to make sure the owner was there so she can bring down the pictures and vet bills the owner told her that do not bother bc she wasn't paying for anythingMy mom didn't want to have any confrontation so I called back asking if it would be ok if I dropped it off or if I can bring Graham in so she can see for herselfshe said no and was saying that I cut him myself(makes no sense how I was at the vet within min of picking him up from their shop)During the conversation with Jill who then hung up on me I advised my lawyer who said do not call back or go down there because they can say harassment so I just left it alone and let it handle out in courtI just want this business reviewed because they have other yelp reviews saying their dog has been cut by this same shopI have a letter from the vet stating their professional opinion and the pictures and my call log which I called times Tuesday right after I got home no answer until Thursday after callsSounds like you knew what happened and tried to avoid all calls and voicemails from me or my momI left voicemails with your shop telling you the vet I used and then you call the vet to confirm but still do not contact me? that is very shady business practicesStill no apology and you continue to lie

I am writing to follow up on the above complaint I tried to
enter the Revdex.com, and it doesn't seem to recognize my email address The last email I received from the Revdex.com approximately weeks about this complaint was an email asking if the problem had been resolved I indicated that it had not been resolved The business re-installed the window guards today, and unfortunately they did not do a proper job There is still rust on the guards, and I can see where they did not clean off the rust but just painted over it, despite saying that they needed the weeks they had the window guards to clean them off and prime and paint them properly. I am not sure what to do I paid almost $2,for these window guards, and I had them less than months before they started to rust and stain the outside wall of the building The business said it would repair and re-install, and they have not made the repair as they said they would.
