Normally, I do not complain, but I could not let this one goOn Monday 3/28, I came to transfer center to dump some trash after I could not drop my trash at a different locationI went inside the office to ask about the price, and I was informed that it would be $per tonSo, I went back outside to get rid of the trashAfter I got rid of the trash, I came in to pick up my receipt and noticed that I was charged $Of course, I was wondering why the price differenceAs I asked for clarification on the price and the man at the desk was explaining the difference to me, a woman by the name of Shelia immediately jumped in and said that there scales were right and that is the priceShe then looked at my receipt and threw it towards meI was not disputing the price, but just wanted an explanationShe kept saying her scales were right and that was the priceAgain, I was just trying to understand what I was being chargedShe was very rude about it and the thought of having my receipt tossed at me infuriated me to no endThis woman has no business working with the public if this is the way she is going to act

On 1-6-14 we contacted the customer to inquire about a late payment. No answer so we left a message. The customer called back...

When given the amount the customer claims they called in Sept of 2013 to have the account put on vacation hold as no one was living in the house. We have no notes of any such call. The driver for the route was contacted and said that for 6 weeks there was nothing out at this stop during the period from Sept 13 to Jan 14. No payment was rec'd at this time. On 2-17-14 we rec'd a call from a person stating to be the new renter for this property and they wanted to set up service. The renter was advised per our policy to have the owner contact us to set up service. The owner never called us. On 2-27-14 the account was placed on suspend status due to lack of payment and we pulled our equipment from the home.

No one answered so a message was left. This account will be serviced with out interruption as long as payments are rec'd on a regular basis. The cans will be picked up at the edge of the drive nearest the street. Cans will not be serviced if left up by the garage. No reimbursement will be made for cleaning of clothing and fumigating of garage, due to storage of trash, as the renter was to told back in Feb. to have the owner call us and set up service. Any remaining excess household trash in the garage should be placed out with the trash cart on the next service day and will be taken at no additional charge.

DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!!
Always leave garbage around dumpsters, if it snows you better make sure that it is spotless otherwise they just won't pick up the trash and next time they charge you extra for the extra garbage they did't pick up,
Good luck and calling customer service because it doesn't exist;
If you choose not to renew the contract than get ready for a battle because they will
use all their power against you..

I have reviewed the account listed above and have noted that the routing for the yard waste was removed on 3-30-15 due to...

lack of payment. This explains why no service was ever provided. The $195.00 charge for the annual service should have been credited off of the account at that time and was not. I will credit off the $31.20 that remains on the account for the yard waste subscription. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We will have the area supervisor review this address with the route driver on Monday 7/18/2016 to confirm if this address did use the subscription service and not have stickers on their bags...or did they have stickers on the bags that they had purchased. If they had stickers on the bags...

then I will remove from collection agency.
