Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Although the item in question WAS finally received after this complaint was filed, the complaint itself addressed separate, distinct issuesFirst was the lack of delivery/delivery time, the Second was the fact that their website misleads consumers into believing the company manufactures and delivers their products from the continental USAPlease see here (copied from my original complaint):

I thoroughly researched their site and felt comfortable ordering some custom sneakers, as they state they are located in Washington State with "...fulfillment centers across the country..."The site also stated a maximum day delivery from date of orderNot only have I NOT received my order (placed and paid for on 11/22/16** [this complaint resolved], but the company misleads consumers into believing their products are manufactured and shipped in the USAIn fact, it is all done and shipped from China"
As of the date of this response, their website still contains this verbiage that directly misleads consumers into believing their products are manufactured and shipped from within the continental USAI truly believe that this is not conducive to fair and transparent business practice and should be corrected immediately so that the end consumer has all pertinent information available to them prior to committing to a purchase Sincerely,*** ***

There were some delays because of higher thananticipated holiday demand. We do our best to give our customers a great shopping experience. If...

acustomer ends up not receiving their order we always resolve the issue. We weren't able to refund thecustomer when the request was made because the order was already in transit.
