[redacted] has reached out to the customer to fix the payoff concern.? The customer had to resign paperwork to fit into bank guidelines and the payoff check is being expedited.? In the meantime I have offered to make any payments back to the customer for his inconvenience

Fortunately for them, Groove Subaru stepped in to help us, when [redacted] was incredibly rude and unhelpful.? The car maker should have paid for the entire breakdown because? of their? documented burning oil issuesBut instead, they told us, "It's your responsibility to check your oil every time? you get in the car..." even when we are not due for an oil changeThe manufacturer has completely disregarded the court's ruling that they fix problems in vehicles like ours - and is still denying that their older vehicles have systemic problems Sincerely, [redacted] ?

We are working with the customer to get him everything he needs We have cancelled all contracts and faxed info to his mortgage lenderWe sent documents last Friday and MondayHe is awaiting a check and will be in contact with you when everything is resolved on his end Thanks,

We have been in contact with [redacted] several times since her vehicle arrivedWe have offered to credit the funds she spent to repair the head gaskets towards a new engine as well as [redacted] has offered her $towards the repairsIn addition the customer has been in a rental that we are paying forWe have requested that she return the vehicle but has not to dateMy assistant service manager and advisor have been in contact with her to this pointI am now also going to reach out to her

Dear Sir/Madame, We are very sorry that the vehicle was not here upon your arrival. We strive every day to provide an exceptional customer experience. I will say that we do not participate in advertising nor represent vehicles in a dishonest way. With that said vehicles do
sell quickly, they often sell on the same day they are put online. We also have offsite vendors we use to repair used cars, so they could be off site for a short period of time while a repairs is being done. Please accept my apology if there was not a used car here upon your arrival. *** ***

I talked to *** *** and have addressed everything with him. The vehicle payoff has been sent and made and I am sending him a check for the $2,he has requested. I apologized for the inconveince we have caused and have given him my personal contact information. *** *** *

The General Manager of Subaru *** *** and the General Sales Manager *** *** are involved and working with the office to get this resolved as soon as possible. This is not ok by any means and we will get this resolved. We have recently went through a DMS change, even though it
is not an excuse, but we have unfortunalely dropped the ball on this. We apologize and the customers satisfaction is the most important
