several weeks ago we received a call form our customer we offered to bring the vehicle back to inspect the prior work he indicated that he refused to bring the car back for us to work on or look at he at that time asked for the general manager to call which we did and left a message.
After several weeks our customer did contact our GM and we again agreed to bring the vehicle in to inspect and repair if in fact there was a issue with past repair to oil panThe vehicle is due in our dealership on 6/1/at 4:00pm

We are here because the down payment on the customers car purchase was either not collected or misplaced ..our dealership consistently copies all money taken in to the dealershipChecks , credit cards and cash, and it is always receipted In this case we do not show we
ever received the down payment from this customer in any way...The customer claims he gave it to our sales person out side next to his trade in...This sales person is a trusted member of our staff and would never steel from the dealership.So here we are ...The customer said he gave it to us but we have no record of it
we have tried to reach this customer on multiple occasions to no avail. we will handle this windshield. No question the customer is getting a windshield, it's a safety concern and we will get it resolved. Our internal delay in getting this done wasn't intentional and seems like it...

While I was at her home and with her new [redacted] I gave her a complete orientation as to the operating features of her new [redacted], and to reassure [redacted] that she made A good purchase of a vey good vehichle .
