I paid $576. They only refunded $288 but will not refund the rest.
I paid $576 for their service but their service would not work for our website because they did not have all of the functions that was necessary for our website. So, we cancelled and requested a full refund. They only refunded half. As I told them numerous times, I can not use their service because it doesn't have everything I need for my website to function properly. I have cancelled and need a FULL refund, please.
I need the final $288 refunded.
I would like to remove my complaint from the Revdex.com website for the complaint listed below. The company not only is giving me a refund, but they are going above and beyond to turn me into a raving fan of their company. No doubt, we will end up using their service in the future.
I bought the service december 7 in 2019. I was not happy with their service so I asked for a refund. They keep offering extra stuff and I keep refusing. Customer service won't respond for at least 2 weeks at a time. I paid 497 dollars and can't get money back for services I'm not happy with. Their platform isn't fuctioning well so I would like my money back
