On 3/24/I saw Dr Grosch for a Porcelain CrownDr Grosch has done a couple of these for me in the past each time his office manage bills me and my insurance for a core build up which get denied which in turn they have to rebillon 3/I asked the office manager to bill it correctly Upon completion the office manage collected $from my benny card the onset of my company started with a new benny company called [redacted] they sent me a letter stating that my insurance only has covered $and my part was $and a credit of $needed to be applied to the account I called the office manager and she promptly told me they don't do refunds never have and never will, I told her that if this is not resolved within days [redacted] will stop my benny cardafter several minutes of us going back and forth I asked to speak with Dr Grosch she refused I hung up and called back she still refused I called back two days later and asked the staff if he was

In 2015, I carried different dental insurance carriers so that I could receive a total of teeth cleanings a year, cleanings from each of themI asked the dental staff to alternate the teeth cleanings between the twoThey said their procedure was to always bill the primary first and then if the primary rejected it then they would send it to the secondaryThey said this was their procedure even if they knew the primary had just paid for the last one and would reject it because of the time frameThis seemed like a waste of time to me knowing they were sending it to the wrong carrier but as long as I was paying the premiums and would receive cleaning from eachOn my August-dental visit, the office billed both carriers and both carriers paid for the visitI guess they did not wait on a rejection from one at this time as it had been explained to me I went in November for my cleaning and no one had told me they had received a double payment for my one visit in August My
